2010 seasonal closing information

Closing day for the 2010 season is

September 26^th, 2010

- Water and electricity will be turned off at 5pm.

- Remove any and all valuables from your trailer.

- Store your 2 assigned gate passes in a safe place. The replacement fee is $20 for each lost card.

- Additional passes for extra people on your site are valid only in the season they are purchased.

They will not work during the winter.

- Your permanent gate passes will work all winter for customers in good standing.

*No Utilities, No Overnight Stays, No Trash, No Campfires,

No Building or Altering Decks, Porches, Trailers, or Sheds after we close.*

If you plan on using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover to pay your site fee, please stop in the office before September 26^th, 2010. Our machine will be turned off when we are closed. Your site fee is due in full on April 1^st,2011.

2011 DEPOSITS DUE

In order to guarantee your site for the 2011 season, the following must be on file in the office, by September 6th, 2010.

- $350 deposit (not refundable after March 1^st, 2011)

- Your signed contract for the 2011 season.

- Keys if we are winterizing your trailer.

Three lucky people will get a $500 credit toward their site for the 2011 season. To be eligible, all of the above items must be on file in the office by September 6th, 2010.

If you are closing up before Thursday, September 23rd, you can save $15 on winterizing. Come to the office and let us know that you are done for the season, and you will get your discount
