May 2^nd to September 28^th, 2008

$2800.00 due by April 1^st, 2008

Rates based on 2 adults and 2 dependant children

Water, basic electric, sewer, & cable:

Payment in full by December 1^st, 2007 entitles you to a $400 discount, plus free winter land rental for 2008/2009 winter.

Payment in full before April 1^st entitles you to free camping the last two weekends in April.

Dates:         April 18^th, 19^th, 20^th and April 25^th, 26^th, 27^th

Time:          Noon on Friday to 5 pm on Sunday

Sites not paid in full by April 1^st, 2008 are subject to a $100 service charge, $45 per day late charge, and/or trailer removal.

Additional costs listed below are due when you pay your site fee. You cannot camp until your site fee is paid in full.

            Electric hot water heater                        $ 150.00

            Extra refrigerator or freezer                    $ 150.00

            Air Conditioner (under 25’)                     $ 150.00

EXISTING EXTRA POP UP                                 $ 200.00

LAKEFRONT                                                      $   50.00

CONCRETE PAD                                                $   50.00

WINTER LAND RENTAL                                     $   75.00

WINTERIZE TRAILER                                         $   65.00

DEPOSITS

Sites without deposits are available for rent.

Late deposits are subject to $5 per day late charge.

Required by September 3^rd, 2007 on file in the office:

- Your signed contract for the 2008 season.

- $ 350.00 deposit (not refundable after March 1^st, 2008)

- Keys if we are winterizing your trailer.

GATE PASSES

Two gate passes are issued with each site (no deposit). Additional and lost passes will cost $20. You can purchase additional passes for each additional driver on your contract and are only valid in the season they are purchased. To revalidate an extra pass for the 2008 season, just stop in the office
