Here is a listing of park models and travel trailers already on site and set up at Acorn Campground. Acorn Campground does not get in the middle of the transaction as an agent. All used units transferred on site at Acorn Campground are subject to a $500 transfer fee. This is negotiated between the buyer and seller. The transfer fee must be paid before the new owner can receive gate cards. This fee and the seasonal site fee may or may not be included in the sale price of the unit.
